SMH -- It is with great sadness that we advise the loss of our beloved mother, HAZEL VIOLET EMILY SHUTTLEWORTH, who passed away peacefully in her sleep on Sunday 17th March, 2002.
In accordance with her last request a private funeral has been held and Hazel has been laid to rest. We take this opportunity to thank all her many friends for being part of her life. Wal Shuttleworth, Alan Shuttleworth, Annette Smith & Jennifer Worthing, to-gether with all grandchildren & great-grandchildren. To know her was to love her.
