Arrived on the "Agenoria" on the 25 May 1849.
They lived in Brilliant St, Bathurst & Solomon was a Painter.
1/3/1983- Applied for Mary Ann's Birth Certificate.
A lot of their children died young - Francis Solomon 1857 - 15mths
twins male & female died at birth 1865
Alfred James died 16/4/1870 - 10yrs
Alice died 11/5/1870 - 8yrs
Frances died 5/1/1871 - 13yrs
13/3/1986- I applied for Frances's death cert to see if it was the mother but it turned out to be the daughter Frances who was 13yrs old & she died of "Enteric Typhus" or Typhoid Fever so maybe Alfred & Alice also died of Typhoid Fever too!
15/10/1983 - I applied for Solomons death cert 23/5/1879 - he died at Gundagai, looks like he must have gone to live with his daughter Annie & Frederick Davis at Gundagai NSW.
18/3/1986 Also applied for Alfred James Birth cert to find where & when Solomon & Frances
where married & how many children they had up to 1859.
27/11/2002 looked at All Saints church records again. Found the Christenings for Mary Ann,
John, Francis (boy) & Frances (girl) Alfred & Thomas, but couldn't find any christenings
for Eliza, Alice, Annie & the babies that died probably at birth. Also found the deaths of
Francis 15mths, Frances 13yrs, Alfred 10yrs & Alice 8yrs.
18/11/2002 Had a phone call from Cheryl- who said she is related to Eliza Frazer who married
William Stieme in 1856 at Scott's Church Sydney.
