Narrative
Hannah was married in Minchinhampton Gls in 1811; she arrived in Sydney 26/5/1839 on the "Roxburgh Castle"; she died 5/1/1866 in Parramatta Lunatic Asylum under the name Nicholls, late of Shortwood Gls, in her 77year of her age. She is buried in May's Hill Cemetery Section C, Row 3, #17.
The Headstone reads --"A Faithful wife a Mother dear, A Christian true lies buried here,
Keep the path she humbly trod, And be prepared to meet your God."
Hannah was a founding member of Parramatta Baptist, also member of Bathurst St, Baptist.
Hannah had 9 children. Her husband is not buried with her.
