Narrative

Johnson was unmarried, aged 32 & living with his father on the 1881 census.
1891 Census - Johnson was 41, Susannah 33, Olga 7, Ethel6, Annie 4, Elizabeth 2, & Ellen 1yr.
I've had a reply from Genes Reunited from Paul Swindlehurst, who says his Great grandfather was Johnson Dugdale, he says his brother James had 3 daughters, one of whom was Amy Dugdale, who married Edwin Wilkinson and came to Aust.
8/5/2008 - Replied to Paul, see letter.
Feb 2009 - checked up with a lot of the birthdays on St.Caths. Paul says Johnson was born Dec 1848, but he wasn't reg. until 1st Qtr 1949 Skipton 28/617.
Mar 2009 - Jenny Taylor says Johnson lived at 2 Forresters Buildings whilst being landlord in 1900. He was a Cotton weaver & later a Loom Tackler before becoming a partner in Dugdale & Dewhurst, Wellhouse Mills.
