FUNERAL - CARRUTHERS _ The Funeral of the late JAMES EDWARD CARRUTHERS, will leave the Congregational Church, Russell St, Vaucluse, Saturday, at 10.15am, for Northern Suburbs Crematorium.
SMH - Well known Solicitor Dies at 43.!!
A well known city solicitor, Mr James E. Carruthers (pictured), died at his home in Wentworth Rd, Vaucluse, yesterday.
Mr Carruthers served during the war in the Armoured Division and was formally a noted Rugby Union player. He is survived by a widow and two children. The funeral will take place today.
