Edmond & John married sisters Pheby & Ruth Ellison (or Ellinson). THe father of the girls James Ellison from Altham was a Baptist, but it seems that John & Ruth, and possibly Edmund became Quakers. Although this must have been after 1736 when Edmond was baptised as an adult dissenter at St Marys.
