Emily was the daughter of John Sherry & Margaret Williams, she was born abt 1836 in Newcastle on Tyne, U.K. She emigrated abt 1857/1859. She died on 19/2/1915 in Beechworth from Senility & heart falure. She had been an invalid for several years, after she had accidently fallen out of bed & broken her leg, she had been nursed by her daughter. She resided at Three Mile from 1859 to 1915. She was a member of the Church Of England, & was buried in the C of E Section F, Grave 122 in Beechworth Cemetery.
