I wasn't able to find any deaths in NSW for the McFaddens!! but Reg Goddard has found them! Also Shirley Wharton. Shipping Records show Robert & Ann and six Children arrived in Sydney on the "Percy" on the 28th Aug 1841. They paid 83 Pounds. I have a copy of Shipping Records.

PROBATE - Series 1 - #3958a - Robert McFedden - died 22/10/1857 - Goods 100Pounds.
Probate granted to Robert McFedden, his son & heir.
5/8/2004 - Received Robert & Ann's & son Roberts death Certs. from Reg Goddard.
Its interesting both died the same year, Ann in February & Robert in October 1857.
On Roberts death Cert. it lists the children's names - Ellen 33, James 31, Robert 28, Rebecca 25,
& Rosa 23. Hugh is not mentioned as he died in 1841. They lived in Redfern St, Redfern.
The informant was C. Snow, neighbour, yet on Ann's death Cert. the informant looks like it was
Thomas Cook son-in-law, yet the children's names aren't mentioned.!!!
