I found a death on the DPS for Harold Edward Fowler on 8/3/1985 at Bass Hill in SMH 9/3/85.
FOWLER - Harold Edward - 8 March, 1985, at hospital, late of Bass Hill, beloved husband of Blanche & loved father of John & Ron, fond father-in-law of Myra, & dear grandfather of Carole & John, Dianne & John, aged 76 years. In God's Keeping.
Looked in Rookwood Cemetery Fiche #267762 Sec 1, #1025, Beloved husband of Blanche. Harold is on his own, Blanche isn't with him.
