Narrative
I have the Invitation for Olive & Neville's Wedding on 9th August, 1952 at 3pm, at St. Davids Presbyterian Church, Canterbury Rd, Lakemba, & afterwards at "Victory Hall" The Boulevarde Lakemba. Les Bongers gave her away & Doss was matron of honour & Keith was best man. We used to see them occasionally, we went down to Wollongong for Olives 30th birthday party, Neville was Manager for Goodlands Grocery Store, we saw them a couple of times at East Gosford, then they moved to Newcastle & Neville worked for the Steel Works.
We haven't been in touch with Olives family since we went to her funeral in 1986, & Neville's funeral in 1992. They used to live in Edgeworth Newcastle. I couldn't find a Death Notice in SydneyMH.
BENNETT - The rels & friends of the late MAVIS OLIVE BENNETT, formally of Dulwich Hill, are invited to attend her funeral, at the Satvation Army Citadel, Wallsend, to-morrow Wednesday afternoon at 1.30 o'clock, thence to Beresfield Crematorium.
