In his mothers Will, Henry was unmarried, he was left 500 Pounds "to be placed out at interest on such sercurity at interest as they shall deem most fit and to pay and apply the interest or dividends arrising there from towards the maintenance of my son Henry during the term of his natural life. I also direct my Executors at my decease to pay for a new Morning Suit" for his mothers Funeral. My Family Tree says he died on the 3rd May at Brixton but it doesn't say what year?
