Elizabeth Frances was mentioned in her mothers will.
1881 Census - James & Elizabeth Starr had 2 children living with them in Lambert, London, Shirley Wharton said they were both 55yrs old which doesn't add up to their birth date. Helen was 20 yrs old & William was 16yrs old. Also James sister Elizabeth Starr aged 66yrs was living with them.
Oct 2010 - The only death I could find for Sarah was 3rd Qtr 1850 Marylebone (1 - 141), I couldn't find a death for Elizabath Ann.
