Annie Cook (Aunt Sissy), was the 2nd daughter of Thomas Cook and Rosa McFadden. She was born in George St, Sydney. Ann was baptised at St Laurence CofE, Sydney on 16 Aug 1854. She Married John Thomas Derriman Irish on 25 January, 1877 at St Davids CofE Redfern. I went to look for St Davids in the 1980's but the Church has been pulled down & a block of home units built in it's place & they have been called "St.Davids Units. Aunt Sissy had eight boys.!!

FUNERAL - The rels & friends of the late Mrs. Ann Rebecca Irish, of 23 Highbury St, Croydon, are invited to attend her Funeral; to leave our Chapel, Railway Pde, Burwood, this Wednesday, after a service at 1.30pm, for Church of England Cemetery, Rookwood. By request, no flowers.
