Ellen was born in George St, Sydney, & was Baptised at Christ Church St.Laurence (CofE) on 13 May 1853. She attended the School of Arts in Queens St, Woollahra to learn first aid & received her First Aid certificate on 26th July, 1915. Ellen then received her Home Nursing Certificate on 20th October, 1915. On 12th April, 1916 Ellen Mary Pascoe joined Paddington-Woollahra Nursing Service. During her membership with St.John's she attended 75 meetings & performed 43 public voluntary duties. Notes from Ray Goddard. Ellen is buried at Waverley Cemetery in a grave with a baby that doesn't belong to our family.
