Harold was born in Leichhardt on 20 Jan, 1889 #4595. He married Aunty Lill in 1911.
Allison has recorded H.G.Bongers at 33 Elswick St, Leichhardt in 1915. & at 33 McKenzie St, Rozelle in 1917. Then from 1918 to 1933, Mrs. C.L.Bongers at Scahill St, Canterbury, (on west side). While they lived at Canterbury they used to visit Concord regularly on a motor bike & sidecar. After they moved to Ryde they didn't see them as much.
During 1958 we all (Nana & Pa, & Allison) went to visit Aunty Lil & Uncle Harold up at Saratoga, I can remember I was expecting Phillip, & it was very hot, & we paddled our feet in the water at Terrigal.
